Delivery times may vary. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Shipping and returns are free. For shipments outside the Netherlands, costs may be charged. These will be calculated automatically when you fill in your address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened items. To initiate a return, please visit our returns page for instructions. Please note that some items are excluded from returns.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. You can do this by sending an email to info@yovans.nl. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

The window covers are made of a multilayer construction with an outer and inner layer of strong black polyester (Oxford fabric). In between, there is a 5 mm thick insulation layer of PE foam with a layer of aluminum foil on both sides. This construction ensures good insulation and complete blackout.
Yes. Thanks to the combination of PE foam and aluminium foil, the covers help keep the heat out on hot days and reduce the cold in cooler conditions.
We recommend cleaning the covers with a soft cloth and lukewarm water and letting them dry thoroughly before storing them.
To prolong their lifespan, we advise storing the covers clean and dry when not in use.
The overhead shelf is made of high-quality aluminum and finished with a durable powder coating. This makes the shelf lightweight, strong, and resistant to intensive daily use.

The overhead shelf is ideal for storing light to medium-weight items that you want to keep within reach while on the go, such as jackets, clothing, blankets, pillows, towels, or storage boxes.
